Featuring several ladies who were once professional cheerleaders and have now gotten off track. Different lifestyle choices, jobs and family obligations have put their physical fitness routines on the back burner.  They are now ready to Bring Sexy Back. #1:  Mandy: This mother of 5 is a foodie. She plans her day by her meals and dislikes working out.  A fast metabolism kept her on track during her younger years but now she is approaching 47 and things just aren’t falling off like they used to.  She runs a business from home and is a full time mom who is involved in her family life.  She needs a program that can keep her on track without giving up on the other aspects of her life.

#2:  Margo:  This friendly fan favorite was the cover-girl for the Raiderette Calendar.  Though she was always humble and somewhat uncomfortable with people focusing on her, she enjoyed the game and loved the friendships she nurtured.  This beauty injured her back and has several major surgeries.  She is often unable to work as a flight attendant due to reoccurring back issues.  Her vice is her sweet tooth.   She spends much of her time caring for her nieces and nephews with Diabetes.  At 43 years old, she recently got married for the first time.  She and her husband want Margo to get healthy and fit so that they can make a lifetime of memories together.  

#3:  Denise:  The business woman:  This beauty dated famous heart throbs and running a major corporation while doing so.  She graduated UCLA as an Economics major.  She was selected to run the china wall as a US representative and victoriously participated in numerous marathons.  She is all about “Business” “Focus” and getting the job done.  She loved to buck the stereotype of a typical cheerleader.  Today, she still is all about business.  Hardworking and successful at what she does, she has devoted her time to her work and spends much of her time on her computer and in meetings.  Denise is finally ready to make time for herself.  Today this beauty is searching for that inner diva to reappear, join her as she rediscovers the love she once had for being fit… She is on the 100 pound countdown.
